Highlights

May 2023:
During 15-20th May 2023 we co-hosted the 8th Conference on Recrystallization and Grain Growth. The conference was held in a two-site mode at DTU and at Chongqing China, to avoid the uncertainties and travel difficulties related to the pandemic. We had approx. 100 participants at the DTU site, and altogether the Conference was a great success. gruppebillede fra konference Maj 2023

September 2022:
More than 85 researchers from 14 countries were gathered at The 42nd Risø International Symposium on Materials Science from 5th to 9th September 2022. The symposium focused on the importance of a paradigm change from microstructural characterization of metallic materials to simulations where microstructural variability are carefully analysed. Participants were treated to five intense days of talks and networking events that included poster presentations, -sessions and social events. RisoeSymp42nd
